At Matcha Greenglass, we make every effort to ensure that our premium Japanese teas and carefully selected accessories reach you quickly and safely.
All orders are processed promptly and shipped to selected European Union countries via our trusted logistics partner, DPD.
1. Shipping Method & Shipping Costs
DPD Home Delivery
All orders are delivered directly to the shipping address provided during checkout via DPD Door-to-Door Delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and destination country. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country and local courier operations.
Delivery Delays
While we always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, customs or security inspections (where applicable), peak shopping periods, public holidays, or operational delays within the courier network.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DPD tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment and follow its progress until delivery.
4. Receiving Your Order
When your parcel arrives, we kindly recommend inspecting the outer packaging before accepting the delivery.
If the package appears to be significantly damaged, opened, wet, or shows visible signs that the contents may have been affected (for example, broken ceramic accessories), you have the right to refuse the delivery.
In such cases, please ask the courier to record the damage, if possible, and contact us immediately at orders@matcha-greenglass.ro. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or another suitable solution as quickly as possible.
