We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, ingredients, allergen information and images are accurate.

Information published on this website regarding the properties or potential benefits of matcha or other teas is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.
All products are offered subject to stock availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify specifications or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.
If an obvious pricing error occurs due to a technical or human mistake (for example, a product being displayed at a clearly unrealistic price), we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase our products.
An order becomes legally binding only after it has been reviewed and accepted by Matcha Greenglass.
We reserve the right to:

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Romanian Lei (RON) and include VAT, where applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout and are displayed before the order is completed.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all prices are accurate. However, in the event of an obvious pricing error caused by a technical malfunction or human error, Matcha Greenglass reserves the right to cancel the order, even if an automatic confirmation email has already been sent. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
We currently accept the following payment methods:

Secure online payment by credit or debit card via Stripe;

Cash on Delivery (COD), where available;

Bank transfer, only in specific situations agreed in advance.
For certain orders, we reserve the right to request advance payment before dispatching the products.
We do not collect, process or store your payment card information. All card transactions are securely processed by Stripe in accordance with the applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed during our business hours:
Monday – Friday
09:00 – 18:00 (Romanian time)
Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Times
Our standard estimated delivery time is 48–72 hours from order confirmation for deliveries within Romania.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

extreme weather conditions;
-
courier delays;
-
high seasonal demand;
-
customs procedures (where applicable);
-
force majeure events.
While we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.
Unless otherwise stated:

orders over 149 RON qualify for free delivery;
-
orders below this value are subject to a 15 RON shipping fee within the Fan Courier delivery network.
We reserve the right to modify shipping charges or free shipping thresholds at any time. Any such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Delivery Inspection
Upon receiving your parcel, you should inspect the external packaging for visible damage before accepting delivery.
If the package appears visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and immediately contacting our Customer Support team.
The invoice issued by Matcha Greenglass constitutes proof of purchase and the sales contract under Romanian law.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with Romanian Emergency Government Ordinance No. 34/2014 implementing the European Consumer Rights Directive.

Food Products
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, food products cannot be returned once their protective seal has been broken.
Accordingly, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Romanian Emergency Government Ordinance No. 34/2014, the following products are not eligible for return after opening:

Matcha tea;
-
Hojicha powder;
-
Ube powder;
-
Buckwheat tea;
-
any other food product sold by Matcha Greenglass.
Food products may only be returned if they are:

unopened;
-
unused;
-
fully sealed;
-
returned in their original packaging.
Accessories
Accessories such as bamboo whisks (chasen), bowls (chawan), scoops, sifters, whisk holders and similar products may be returned only if they:

have not been used;
-
show no signs of wear;
-
are undamaged;
-
are returned in their original condition.

SECTION 7 – WARRANTY
All products sold by Matcha Greenglass benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided under applicable Romanian and European consumer protection legislation.
If a product proves to be defective or non-conforming, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or reimbursement, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable legislation.
We are also liable for hidden defects in accordance with the Romanian Civil Code.
